Provide more detailed documentation for boundwiths handling

Current documentation of boundwiths handling is sparse and spread across holdings and item transformation task documentation. We should provide a dedicated page documenting how the tools are able to handle boundwith relationship mapping from legacy systems, and what each type of transformation requires/produces.
