Create a new contributor quickstart page to funnel potential new contributors to

chrisproject.org needs a place for new contributors to learn about how they can get started with the project. Below is an initial wireframe idea of how this could look. Red Hat is going to be putting out some fresh media on ChRIS and would like to direct some traffic towards contributions, so we need a nice, easy-to-use landing page to drive those contributors to.
