New contributor library need to be completed on chrisproject.org

For the “New Contributor Library” should the Under Construction items be removed until they are ready? (I am not a big fan of Under Construction.) If we are going to keep them, then the links should be removed as this give the appearance of a page, but the link only referenced back to the “Join Us” page. Also, if we are keeping them, the ready date should be updated as it is now in the past.

Review the New Contributor Library on chrisproject.org and the linked discussion in website issue #20 before changing anything. Confirm whether the Under Construction items should be removed or retained; done means the chosen presentation is implemented, links no longer misleadingly return to Join Us, and any displayed ready date is current.
