Description
the mi2b2 app might need some refactoring.
viewer.js should be a project on its own and mi2b2 a separate one. mi2b2 could live in viewer example directory but right now there is no separation between the viewer and the app.
we have to keep in mind viewer.js is a library and mi2b2 an application using it. same concern should be applied to cjs, which is a library.
