### Description
My web was working perfectly with version 0.16 and I Updated to 17. I checked some cases and I can see that the mesh is misplaced in the scan of some cases (not in all). I updated again to 0.23 and same error.
I attached an example of the error, the nifti and the [mesh.]
#### Expected Results
Results are fine in 3D slicer and in version 0.16
