[help] What should a DICOM-segmentation look like to be shown in multiple layers and colors?

I am using the source code of the lesson 04 (labelmap) example and want two different colored segmentation layers to be shown, but I only get one color to work:
What sould the DICOM file that contains the labelmap look like, so that it looks like this:
