Finding an easy way to mention to all the people from Red Hat on Slack

I like to find an easy way to mention to all the people from Red Hat on Slack to send the email notifications to them.

Right now `@channel` can be used for that. I assume that people from Red Hat are comfortable for the email notification, because they used to being with the internal mailing list "memo-list" with lots of email. However I assume that other people in the project is not comfortable for that. Currently 253 users on the Slack. But I assume the most people don't like to be disturbed, right?

The benefit by the outcome of this ticket is to accelerate the communications between people without the managers.

Any ideas for the subject?

I want to create `@redhat` mentioning alias for the purpose if it is technically possible on Slack.
