Description

**Describe the bug**
The Cloud FTC-Scoring Pit Display (https: //ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org/event/`$EVENT`/display/pit), after exceeding a maximum # of matches, scrolls the list of results and breaks out the two most recent matches fixed at the bottom of the scrolling list, like the regular local pit display.

The Cloud Pit Display, unlike the FTCL pit display:
1. Displays Practice match scores
2. Fixes the last two practice match scores to the bottom of the result list, rather than showing the most recent qualification or playoff matches.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to a pit display on FTC-Scoring, e.g. https://ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org/event/USWALAM1/display/pit
2. Observe Practice matches (`P#`) in the scrolling results list and fixed to the bottom of the list.

**Expected behavior**
Based on the local pit display and that practice results aren't published on FTC-Events, practice matches should not appear. Or, practice results can stay but should not be fixed to the bottom when there are more recent regular matches.

Research direction

Start at the Cloud FTC-Scoring Pit Display URL in the issue and compare its match-list behavior with the regular local pit display. Reproduce the problem using an event with practice matches, then verify that practice scores are excluded or are not fixed ahead of newer qualification or playoff matches.
