Ability to switch pit displays from inspection status to rankings

After inspections are over, there is a long time when the pit displays continue to Inspection Status and people keep asking about current rankings. The display does not switch to rankings until the first match scores are posted.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
This is only an issue for the 2nd and 3rd league meets and the league tournaments. At the 1st league meet and the state championship, there are no rankings to display. I am not sure whether this could (or should) be implemented to automatically switch when all inspections (and judging) turns green. The alternative would be to make a GUI change to trigger the switch.

I can use the pit displays to audience displays and show rankings on all of them.... but I would need to remember to switch them back after the 1st match.
Another option is to add a link or QR code to the inspection page so people can pull up the ranking on their phone. I could then tell people to use the QR code,
