Description

**Describe the bug**
Minor visual "bug." In most languages supported by FTC-Live, the links to open the referee tablet pages are in the usual blue color, except for the label differentiating "red" or "blue" alliance. In Spanish, this is rendered the other way around.

Adjacent bug: The new label "Alliance colors reflect the alliance station on the side of the field where the referee stands." is not localized.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open an event in FTC-Live
2. Change the language setting to Español
3. Observe text

**Expected behavior**
"roja" or "azul" is colored red or blue, while the rest of the link is blue, matching other languages
