**Describe the bug**
The Match Control tab of the Head Referee is disabled in the Head Referee view when you select an individual field instead of All Fields.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. From the event home page, open Head Referee view
2. Select Field 1 or Field 2
3. See Match Control tab is disabled
**Expected behavior**
Match Control tab should be enabled for all Head Referee views.
