Have a placeholder for Winning/Finalist Alliance in the script

The playoffs and awards script completely omits the winning and finalist alliance until the page is refreshed after playoffs are complete. We gave our emcee the tablet with the script before starting playoffs and he didn't realize there should have been something between think and inspire.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Include the winning and finalist alliance sections in the script regardless of if playoffs are complete. If the teams aren't known yet, there should be a message telling the emcee to refresh the page to see the teams.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The FTA remembering to tell the emcee to refresh the page before the final awards segment.
