Break calculation inconsistent in playoffs in cycle time report

**Describe the bug**
Very minor, but in the cycle time report the transition from M8 to M9 shows as a break `(B)`, but the transitions from M9 to M10, and M10-M11 do not include the `(B)`. As far as I can tell these numbers aren't used to calculate anything, so it is really just a minor cosmetic thing.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. View cycle time report of event with playoff matches

**Expected behavior**
Either all matches after the first award break should include the `(B)` or none of them should.

Reproduce the issue by viewing the cycle time report for an event with playoff matches, then search the report implementation for the M8–M11 break display. Make the break marker behavior consistent for all matches after the first award break, and verify the playoff report no longer shows mixed formatting.
