Add Inspection Status option for FTC Cloud Pit Display

Currently, you can access the Pit Display for an event from FTC Cloud - It would be extremely useful to also be able to have that display showing inspection status, similar to the audience display as well as the Pit Display from the local scoring system

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Have an inspection status option for the FTC Cloud Pit Display

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Running an audience display in the Pit area, or the actual Pit Display from the local scoring system, but at some venues, the pit area is too far from the arena for the field wireless to reach, but general internet access is available.

**Additional context**
Would be very useful for larger venues
