**Describe the bug**
Judging Feedback in FTC Scoring still showing Motivate and not Reach or Sustain
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'FTC Scoring online system'
2. Load any event
3. Click on Judging
4. Click on Provide Feedback for any team
5. Scroll down half way
6. See error
**Expected behavior**
The motivate section should be removed, and Reach & Sustain should be added.
