Description
**Describe the bug**
Event status (In Progress, Complete, ...) is being set early, i.e. in progress the day before the event, complete when the event is still running. (Possibly because it is the next day in UTC?)
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to an event page on a day (e.g. 11/7) at a time after the clock has ticked over to the next day in UTC. (e.g. 11/8 00:00 UTC)
2. Observe the event status
**Expected behavior**
If the event is using online sync, it should show as "In Progress" until the event is finalized and uploaded to *FIRST*. If offline, the event is still "In Progress" while it is the day of the event *local time*.
**Screenshots**
Events for the next day are also marked as "In Progress" a little early.
