Off-season version bugs found during MTI

Two issues were found in the off-season version during MTI.

1. When a second yellow card was issued (on a team that had been assessed a yellow card in a prior match), the software did not automatically escalate to a red.
2. During auto, the tablets display blanks instead of zeros for the different categories and won't allow you to move to teleop unless you ensure that the screen is updated to post zeros. Once these zeros are posted, the screen progressed.
3. A replay was run on a match where a yellow card had escalated to a red card. At the end of the reolay and although the tablet (Fire 7 - 9th generation, Fire OS 7.3.3.1) did not have a card issued to that team in that replay, the tablet would not allow a finalization due to the yellow-red (from the pre-replay match). We were able to correct it at the scrorekeeper's screen, but the head ref wanted me to post this.
