Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The slack integration made the FTA notepad really powerful this year (see #863). There is still a lot of room for improvements though. I would like to see better two-way linkage between Slack and the notepad, as well as the ability to use the Slack integrations at my local events.

This is less a specific feature request, and more the start of a discussion on how to improve this feature. I would love if some of the FTAs and CSAs from champs this year could provide their thoughts as well.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Features that would be nice:

- A way to see if a CSA has "claimed" an issue to look at it. A button in Slack similar to the resolve button would be great for this.

- Ways to easily add additional detail of the issue, as well as the ability to add resolution notes for what the root cause was and how it was resolved.

- Time-stamp logging for when the issue was created, when it was claimed, and when it was resolved.

- Status information of how long a team has had an issue active for

- Easy way to see when the team will next be on the field to help triage and prioritize issues.

- Different resolution states such as "fixed", "team denied help", "couldn't replicate", etc.

- When in the team view that shows active and resolved issues the back button goes to the event home page rather than back to the match view.

- Ability to tie FTA notepad to a certain field in the same way the Head Ref view is. It kept switching to matches on the other field on me.

- Ability to link the system to my local slack instance to use it at other events besides champs.

Below here are more stretch goals that could be nice and make it more powerful, but are not fully thought through yet.

- Add ability for team to request a CSA themselves without needing to find a volunteer with access to make the request.

- Add ability for an inspector to request a CSA. Thought here being a lot of times an inspection can identify a major issue that the team needs help resolving. Request LRI doesn't necessarily help if what the team really needs is a CSA to help them out.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The FTA Notepad is good as it is, and the slack integration worked well. I just think there is room for improvement.
