Present Advancement to Premier Events

**Describe the bug**
When presenting advancement from a regional championship it only shows the teams advancing to the World Championship. There is no option to present the teams being invited to Premier Events. For example, at the Iowa Championship I could show the lower-third graphic for the 4 teams advancing to Houston, but could not show any graphic for the 6 teams advancing to Premier Events.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to present awards/advancement
2. Observe no option to present teams advancing to premier events.

**Expected behavior**
Have an option to present teams advancing to premier events the same way that we show teams advancing to the world championship.
