Competing Teams Report Character Length

Some team numbers with 5-digit numbers do not display correctly in the Competing Teams Report


Field length will only support 4-digit numbers and rolls the 5th digit to a new line.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to FTC-scoring
2. Click on an 'event" such as USOHCMP
3. Select "Competing Teams Report"
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
A team number of 5 digits should display on one line

**Additional context**
For historic events, 5-digits display correctly. It appears the issue is only related to future events such as USOHCMP
