Making the Inspection Display show on the Pit Display until the first match is committed.

Would like the Pit display to show inspection status until the first match is committed in the system

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Currently configure the Pit display as an audience display until after the first match is played, which need to be manually changed to a pit display.

**Additional context**
Sometimes we forget to change the pit display back to an audience display.
