Graphic Issue on Eligibility Report

**Describe the bug**
In the Eligibility Report (Add/Edit Teams > Show Eligibility Report), a team that has already advanced could be overridden to be eligible for advancement. If this is the case, resorting the eligibility report will cause an extra warning cone to appear. This effect stacks every time the list is resorted.

**To Reproduce**
1. Have a team assigned to an event that has already advanced to the next event.
2. Override the team to be eligible for advancement (from Already Advanced)
3. Show the Eligibility Report
4. Resort the list
5. An extra warning cone will appear by the affected team.

**Expected behavior**
No extra warning cone should appear by the team's advancement information.

**Additional context**
This bug is graphic-only. It doesn't affect the functionality at all.
Also, it might be the case that the affected team needs to be outside of the event's region. That's the case for the team in the bug report here, but I'm not sure if it's a prerequisite.
