Highlight world record scores

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Assuming there is a fairly easy, reliable, and somewhat quick way to compute a season record score. As a GA, I find that I have to dig through various (unofficial) resources (such as FTC Stats or FTC Scout) to find information about records, which can be useful to add extra color and highlight achievements when celebrating a high score. One stat that many folks track is world records (and several variants, such as no penalties). Similar to how the scoring system highlights the event record on the match post screen, I think it would be neat to have a banner to celebrate if a score is a new world record, to help to draw attention to fantastic scoring achievements by teams.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
On the match post screen, have a banner to indicate a new record high score. (Assuming the event is online? Fetch global event score data from FTC Events?)

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
- Declining this request: this seems likely more involved (non-trivial) than computing the event high. Though, could be neat to further celebrate great achievements by teams.
- Could also be kind of awkward early in the season when there are not yet many results.
