Abort Match foghorn overrides mute

**Describe the bug**
Muted audience and field screens (those with "Mute" checked in Advanced Settings) will still play the foghorn sound when a match is aborted. This happens for all display types, except for Pit and Sponsor. The bug also occurs for any timing/overlay configuration.

**To Reproduce**
Setup: Have a display screen open, set to mute. Also required is having match control open with an active schedule.
1. Start a match from Match Control
2. Abort match

**Expected behavior**
Display/Timing screen should suppress foghorn sound from an aborted match when mute is checked.
