At the end of league meets, we always have to run a 5-minute timer before we submit results to allow for T402.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
A built-in timer that shows on the results submission page that starts automatically.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
No problem with doing our own timers, but having a built-in one would be more convenient.
