Description

**Describe the bug**
Due to a recent large storm and subsequent power outages, a league meeting in my region was cancelled (pending a reschedule, but that is not relevant).

On FTC Events, the event is shown as "Event Complete," despite the event having not occurred.

FTC Events should be aware of event status if the event has not begun playing/no event archive uploaded.

That said, I'm not sure if the league coordinator/lead scorekeeper/etc. ever downloaded the event to play locally in FTC Scoring, triggering local play to be "In Progress."

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://ftc-events.firstinspires.org/2024/USWASPM2
2. Observe the event is "Complete," with no results (and the event physically did not happen.

**Expected behavior**
FTC Events should be aware that the event did not run (i.e. matches were not played in FTCLive)

**Device (please complete the following information):**
- OS: macOS 14.6.1
- Browser Edge 130.0.2849.90 (arm64)
- FTC Events as of 2024-11-26 18:22 PST

**Additional context**
Could be working as designed, in which case this is more of a feature request.
