Description

Just ran into this on my Windows machine, it only happened once. Not sure if there's anything actionable, I wasn't able to reproduce it. Thought I'd report anyway.

---

**Describe the bug**
Windows installer quit with an "Access violation" when installing with administrator permissions.

1. Go to https://ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org/local/2025
2. Download file -- I got "FTCLive INTO THE DEEP 2025_6.0.2_amd64.exe"
3. The app prompted if I wanted to install for all users or only the current user. Selected all users and granted Admin permissions.
4. Observed error.

I was not able to reproduce this consistently, it only happened one time.

**Expected behavior**
The installer should launch and allow installation.
