Number of Fields is a text field

**Describe the bug**
in HTML 5 Input element if the type is number you can increase and decrease it using arrow so I always try to do this with the Number of Fields and it is a text to just move my pointer


Start by locating the scorekeeper UI field labeled “Number of Fields” and inspect its HTML input type. Change it so the browser provides numeric increment and decrement controls, then verify that the field accepts the intended number values and displays the arrows described in the issue.
