Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
There are a lot different places for controlling what is shown on the different displays. Most of it is controlled from the Video Switch tab of the Match Control page, but awards and advancement is controlled by Present Awards under Awards Manager, and Alliance Selection is controlled by both Video Switch and Alliance Selection tabs. There are also other requests in the backlog that don't have a home yet such as #708, #668, #618, #554, and #135 that can be included with this feature.
As the capability of the video switch keeps growing I question if it still makes sense to just exist as a tab under Match Control page. Typically we have the video operators have the Match Control page open to this tab so they can set the displays and such during breaks, but this means we need more people logged in with admin privileges that really don't need all that capability.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
1) Create a new page that is dedicated to controlling the displays. It would have all of the features currently on the video switch.
2) On this page add the ability to create, save, and show lower third graphics per #554
3) On this page add the ability to upload and then play mp4 videos per #708
4) The ability to add messages to the display when other stuff is showing. For example, to put a lunch message while showing the scrolling rankings and results.
5) Create a new login of `Display Manager` that has access to this page
6) It would be nice to also present awards and advancement from this same page, although I do see issues with this. If it is decided not to directly include that at least make this new page work well in tandem with the present-awards. For example, to be able to show the winning Promote video during the awards ceremony.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Currently much of what is requested can be done with a mix of OBS Studio, the Video Switch, and custom graphics. However this takes time and knowledge to setup and leads to inconsistency across different events. Having all of these features in one easy-to-find place will make it much easier for events to have a higher production value without needing a lot of expensive software, equipment, or technical knowledge.
