Description
**Describe the bug**
When presenting awards using the Award Manager in **FTC Scoring** (not FTC Live), the "Show Blank/Video" button does not work. The other buttons to present awards and show the sponsor slide do.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://ftc-scoring.firstinspires.org/event/< event key >/awards/present_awards
2. Open an Awards Display
3. Click "Show Blank/Video"
4. Observe the awards display does not show blank/video
**Expected behavior**
The Awards Display goes to a blank game logo slide for Classic, or colored chroma for Overlay
