FTC Live failed to update

**Describe the bug**
Two weeks ago at the `USIAMCM2` event the score system seems to have failed to update on its first start. I needed to edit the team list and found that trying to add a team caused a SQL Database error. We had very bad internet connection at the school so that may have been part of the cause. I was able to completely close the FTC Live application and restart it and that caused it to successfully update. After it updated I was able to add the team without any issue.
