PDF summary export option

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It would be nice to be able to export all the scorecards from an event after it has taken place.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
In addition to downloading the archive link, be able to export a PDF report of the meet, including Match Results, Mach Schedule, Rankings Report, Team Report, and the scorecards for each matchup. Be able to customize what is included in this report.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
printing all scorecards as a PDF, then joining them in Adobe Acrobat along with all the other reports.

Start by tracing the existing archive download and the Match Results, Match Schedule, Rankings Report, Team Report, and matchup scorecard outputs. Determine how a configurable combined PDF could include those sections and what report-generation entry points already exist. Done means a meet-wide PDF export can be customized to include the requested reports and scorecards.
