Viewing Notes from Head Ref Active Match Page

As a head ref, when I give a team a warning and enter it as a note for that specific team and match, I want to be able to see if I have previously given the same warning to a team, this helps me determine if a warning needs to escalate.
From the Match Note pop up on the Head Ref Active Match page I have to click save, go to the Notes tab, sort by team, then scroll to find the right team number to check the previous notes. Even with only 13 teams at the league meet this past weekend, it was hard to quickly find the team number I wanted from the list and switch all the way back to the add note’s screen. An event with 36 teams would be even harder to scroll through quickly to find the relevant notes.

This is particularly difficult when I’ve given warnings to multiple teams in a match, so I want to quickly get the note entered while I remember which team got what warning and also check if they’ve been previously warned for that particular rule violation.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Option 1:
Add another section (could be a drop down or on its own) on the Head Ref Active Match page that shows all the notes specifically for the four teams in that match. Then the head ref can quickly review those before a match, or quickly access them as necessary after a match.

Option 2:
Show the previous notes for those four teams at the bottom of the Match Note pop up window.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Currently if I need to check if I’ve previously given a warning to a team, I have to place a hold on the match, switch to the Notes tab and find them as I described above, then go back to the add-notes screen and finish typing and confer with the other refs as needed if a penalty needs to be added. Both this option and having the Notes tab open in a separate browser tab require several clicks/taps to navigate between them. Having the notes of just the four relevant teams on the head ref page would provide easier reference and easier review prior to a match.
