Add Prop and Drone inspection as part of Size

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Right now when you split size inspection out of robot inspection it is only and . Last year we found it worked very well to have the TSE inspection as part of size and I suspect the same will be true this year.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
In the configure inspection tracking page when you enable splitting robot inspection give the option to include Prop and Drone inspection as part of the size inspection.
