Dual Division Teams not Showing on Some Team Pages

**Describe the bug**
For some Dual Division events, the results and matches for those teams does not show properly on that team's season info pages. For example, teams attending the Iowa Championship have both a general event tab as well as a division specific tab on their team's season info page (see https://ftc-events.firstinspires.org/2022/team/4175#USIACMPGD), however for teams attending the NorCal Championship, only the general event tab appears, not showing any of the team's accomplishments other than awards and inter-division finals (such as https://ftc-events.firstinspires.org/2022/team/12635#USCANOCMP).
**Additional context**
I do know that the NorCal event network issues during the day, which may explain the discrepancy.
