Participation Type on ftc-events.firstinspires.org

Issue:
ftc-events.firstinspires.org site includes teams that did not advance to regional championship in team list as "Not Competing" -- it appears these teams were on the list due to awards such as Dean's List.

"Not Competing" appears to indicate that the team advanced to the competition from a qualifier, but was unable to attend/compete in matches.

Suggestion: Another tag such as "Partial - Awards" would help distinguish these teams that are only competing in select awards that did not require advancement from a qualifier and reduce confusion with other situations.

Additional option would be to not show those teams on the "participating teams" list and just include them on the awards page.
