Award Ceremony Opening Screen

Enhancement - It would be a nice improvement to have an Award Ceremony opening slide that would be shown on display screens while the emcee reads the first few paragraphs of the award ceremony script and any guest speaker is speaking. (Note there is another request to add a "Guest Speaker" screen - issue 554)

As currently configured the "Present Awards" button starts with the Judges Award (unless the scorekeeper selects another award as the start point) and shows a frame, the award name in the upper left and nothing else.

Proposed Solution:
Slide with similar graphic frame to the presentation frame:
FIRST ENERGIZE (theme for season)
FIRST Tech Challenge
PowerPlay presented by Raytheon (game and sponsor for season)
[Insert Event Name]

Alternative solutions to give a quick and easy professional appearance are awkward and can require lots of work and video switching.
