Alternate QR Code scan page does not return results.

**Describe the bug**
I am able to sucessfully scan QR codes from the individual Team Inspection pages, but NOT from the Alternative QR Scan page.

I have used two different mobile devices, and I get the same result.

When I go to an individual Team Field inspection page and select the Scan QR code button, the camera pops up, I take a picture, I accept the picture and then the image is processed. I see a "Processing Scan" status and then I get a popup telling me the results of the scan (or a notice that the scan failed). Expected.

However, when I use a Scan QR code button on the "Alternative Scan Page", I click the button, the camera pops up, I take a picture and accept it, then NOTHING happens. I don't see any status message or popup of any kind. There is also no uppdate to the scan information. Unexpected.
