Feature request: Allow for custom awards for off-season events

Description
To allow for the recording and recognition of creative off-season event awards, custom award names and descriptions would be nice to be allowed.
For example we had an event with 4x awards but there was not a way to record the results except for the highest score:
Highest combined score (visible from event rankings)
Most cultural robot (our robots dressed up for the event)
Most memorable team
Most inspiring team
With this idea, during off-season events the in-season awards should not be required.
