Add Latest Q&A PDFs to the Resources Folder

The FTC Live software automatically comes with the following:
- Scorekeeper Manual
- Judging Manual
- Game Manual Part 1
- Game Manual Part 2
- and other PDFs

I recommend that the Answered Q&A/Forum Questions PDFs (both traditional and remote) are added to the files that come with a download of the FTC Live software.

### **Current Workaround**
While it is easy enough to manually add the files themselves, this can become an issue with multiple scorekeeping software versions and multiple scorekeepers in the state.

(We essentially have to remember to add the PDFs every time the software or a new device running the software is used.)
