Feature Request: Way to Download Client/Server Side Logs

The system is relatively stable now, but on occasion stuff still goes wrong. It would be nice if there was a way to download Client Side logs from the UI without needing to open the Chrome DevTools. This way when something goes wrong we can instruct the user to download the logs and possible track down the real cause when the issue is purely client side and the server logs are not helpful.

Along with this, it would be nice to have a button somewhere in the UI that would either download a zip folder with the server logs in it, or open a file browser to the folder containing the server side logs. This might be easier to instruct somebody how to get to than trying to explain that it is in the `${root}/bin/logs` directory of the score system.
