Sometimes, inspections will take place earlier or later than judging, so the dates/times of the open slots for each aspect should be under it's own schedule. Something like this perhaps:

02/02/19 08:00 10:00 Robot Inspection
02/02/19 08:30 10:10 Field Inspection
