Add judging times to inspection status display

The new inspection display feature is excellent -- it very closely mimics what we had been doing with a spreadsheet previously.

One option I wish to have is for each team's scheduled judging time to appear in the status display (i.e., in the "J" column). Since many of our events don't have scheduled inspection times; quickly finding a team's judging time helps us know (1) if a team that hasn't been inspected yet is likely to be (or ought to be) headed to the judging room, and (2) which teams we need to push to get inspected early because they have "later" judging sessions.

I know a lot of this information is likely available in the other scheduling displays, but having the judging times (and perhaps inspection times) optionally listed directly in the inspection status page can be a real help to all of the volunteers and teams.

We'll likely stick with our spreadsheet for this week's tournament (I'm also eager for the ability to indicate "late" teams in the display), but we look forward to using this new feature.
