Edit Semifinals During Finals

We need to be able to modify the semifinal match results during finals. There was some confusion during the last competition and a yellow card was not entered during the semifinals, so we had to add it to the team's final match, and there was significant consternation. Also, I can foresee a situation where we'd need to replay a semifinal match once finals had started (if a significant enough field fault were identified).

I agree this would need be a massive field and volunteer failure, but without the buttons in the software, I don't know how we could remedy the situation.

Start by reviewing how semifinal results, yellow cards, and competition state are recorded, and where the software prevents edits after finals begin. Define the supported correction and replay workflows, including how standings and later matches are affected; done means organizers can safely correct a semifinal after finals start without placing the event in an inconsistent state.
