Description
We should add a new syntax to FSH to support additional bindings, as discussed (briefly) here.
The additional binding is a complex extension w/ 6 sub-extensions, so we'll need to think about how to express this succinctly in FSH.

Research direction
Start by reading the additional binding specification linked in the issue and the FSH discussion about the Additional Binding Extension. Then determine how the six sub-extensions can be expressed succinctly in FSH. Done means the language supports authoring additional bindings and the resulting representation covers the complex extension.
