tx.fhir.org current have http://nucc.org/provider-taxonomy version 22.1. Healthcare Provider Taxonomy Value Set on VSAC [here](https://cts.nlm.nih.gov/fhir/ValueSet/2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.1066) depends on v24.1
