Link Example pages to Profile pages

Currently on the examples page, each bundle is listed with the individual instances found in it. We could add to each individual instance a link to the profile from the IG (if there is one) that it is an example of. Additionally, on the profile pages, this should link back to example bundles that contain instances of the profile (would require adding anchors to the example page, e.g., through section.
