Narrative description and measure review for negation profiles

Narrative Descriptions for elements that measures use from negation profiles may be off and should be reviewed. For example, for qicore-medicationadministrationnotdone, the measure still refers to effective (time or period). Is this supposed to represent the intended period of the administration, or something different.
