Description
It would be great to have a few examples about Logicals: How to define "Resource"-like objects, how to define datatype-like objects, and how to instantiate them.
Also, examples for custom resources and custom datatypes ([hint](https://github.com/FHIR/sushi/issues/1145)) would be great!
