Is there a way to make it work with SSR in APP/Sub-APP ?

Is there a way to work with SSR nuxt apps ? 😮

And is there a way to share data between APP and SUB-APPS ? (in my case a JWT token which i would like to transfert
something like : "APP Store -> SUB-APP Store" when the app are in the same technologies maybe ?).
Actually I see only a cookie to do that but it is not very satisfaying 😛
